1. Donation Receipts:
   Upon successful donation, an acknowledgment email with a receipt will be sent to the donor’s registered email address within 24 hours.

   • For physical items (e.g., merchandise, thank-you gifts), we aim to process and ship them within 5-7 business days.
   • Delivery timelines depend on the shipping address and courier services but usually take 7-15 business days.

2. Shipping Charges:

   • Domestic shipping charges may apply based on the delivery location and item weight/dimensions. These charges will be calculated during checkout or mentioned on the donation page.
   • For international deliveries, additional customs fees or taxes may apply, which will be borne by the recipient.

3. Tracking Details:
   Once the item is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS for real-time updates.

4. Delivery Issues:
